SmartGrow Cubes are 1/2 by 1/2 by 1/2 inch with approximately 1750 per 8 oz. bag. The cubes are used by mixing into the soil around the plant roots or by spreading them around the top of the plant. Cubes work very well around multi stemmed plants. Cubes have been proven to be as effective as the SmartGrow Mats in both accelerating growth and weed control.
